Description
The Saucony Triumph 24 is the maximum-cushioning daily trainer for neutral runners who put comfort first on every kilometre. The Triumph 24 holds the most privileged spot in the Saucony range, above the Ride 19, offering extra cushioning for long runs and recovery runs.
This 24th edition debuts the IncrediLUX midsole, an ATPU material that feels livelier and gives more energy return than previous versions with PWRRUN PB. Despite gaining 6 mm of stack height over the Triumph 23, weight drops by 5%, making it a really light shoe by the usual standards of the top-of-the-range segment. The mesh upper improves ventilation, and the padded heel fit prevents socks from slipping, a detail that seems especially effective and that not only gives a sharper profile, contrasting with the huge height of the imposing midsole, but also helps when putting the shoes on.
On the run, the Triumph 24 shines on easy runs and active recovery. The combination of IncrediLUX and a traditional geometry with a 10 mm heel-to-toe drop gives a soft ride that invites you to pile on the kilometres without fatigue. It is protective enough for hard surfaces yet stable enough for moderate paces, although it is not designed for fast intervals. The outsole, with the well-known XT-900 rubber, offers outstanding durability across all contact areas. Ideal for runners looking for a daily trainer that does not punish the legs on long runs.
