Saucony Hurricane 25
The Saucony Hurricane 25 is a stability cushioned running shoe.

Description

The Saucony Hurricane 25 is no timid update: Saucony has rebuilt its maximum stability shoe from scratch, with a huge surprise. The Hurricane 24 was already competent, but the 25 loses around 10% of its weight while keeping the same protection. The secret is the PWRRUN PB midsole, the same Pebax-based foam as the Endorphin saga, which offers far more energy return than the Asics Kayano 32. Yes, the launch price goes up, but for severe overpronators looking for maximum cushioning without feeling like they are dragging bricks on their feet, the investment makes sense. In any case, FortSu alerts you to price drops without you having to keep an eye on them. The Guide 19 is lighter and cheaper, but does not reach this level of correction or protection on long runs.

The CenterPath Technology system replaces traditional rigid posts with a wider platform and raised sidewalls that guide the foot more naturally. The engineered mesh upper is roomy in the forefoot (ideal for wide feet, although Saucony also offers a wide version), though it sacrifices some breathability. The padded, non-gusseted tongue ensures good lockdown without pressure points. Compared with the Hurricane 24, it feels more agile without losing stability.

Ideal for severe overpronators who put protection ahead of speed. Perfect for long runs, easy runs and recovery. The XT-900 rubber outsole in strategic zones ensures durability. The catch? Do not expect to do intervals in it; that is what the Endorphin Speed 5 is for. But when your knees beg for mercy after a hard week, the Hurricane 25 will be your refuge.
